Probable Cause

THE DTSB

Pending. The aircraft arrived high from the northwest and did a 360 to lose altitude, but was still too high for the first attempt on runway 07. The accident pilot went around and set up a second time for runway 07, but was again too high and too fast. The accident aircraft went around for a second time and the aircraft pulled up and to the left, and stalled in a low speed condition climbing left hand turn. There was no fire, the CAPS parachute was not deployed. The aircraft was flown well below DMMS in a climbing left turn, during a messed up go around.

NTSB

None yet (final report not yet published).

Recommendation
